Then we tried Big Country Mechanical. He was here less than an hour and had it up an running. He even gave me an explanation of what happened. I went through about 30 phone calls with a lot of people who just couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Finally, Al from Big Country Mechanical got the referral and instantly we had open lines of communication and were being assisted! He came right out to look at everything, assessed our problem and had an entire new water heater installed the next day. Not to mention, the install took him maybe an hour at most, talk about efficiency! I would recommend them for any job you need!! See more See less
